As you know, Daddy's been carrying me on his shoulders since I was a baby. On a related note, Daddy's got a hernia.
*NOTE: Daddy's going to the hospital tomorrow for a hernia operation (he'll be there until thursday). Unfortunately, that means I can't post to my blog 'til he returns (he's my ghostwriter (but don't tell anyone, it's a secret)).

Hi Evan,
Sorry to hear that your daddy is not feeling well.
Your mommy and daddy are very special people and you are very lucky to have them.
I hope everything goes well with daddy's operation and I am sure he will be good in hands (mommy's) after the surgery.
I can't wait to hear how your family is doing.
My daddy just had one, too (he's a bit older than yours, and he did fine!). Let Mommy carry you for a few days!
feel better Daddy.

All these years (all two of them)of carrying you, Evan, finally took it's toll. But don't feel any amount of guilt for it. That's what parents are for - among others. :-)
Thanks everyone! BTW, I went to visit Daddy today and he's doing well. Except for his funny new walk, he hasn't changed a bit.
Evan,
So happy to hear that daddy's operation went well.
All the best,
Bahar
