Gefilte fish and chicken soup (with matzoh balls) are traditionally eaten at the beginning of the meal. For the main course, roast chicken or turkey are common, as is beef brisket. And of course, only unleavened bread, or matzo is eaten (that's what I'm eating in today's picture)! Except for the matzoh, everything is delicious!!
I don't know much about Jewish holidays, Evan, I apologize. I guess Passover is closely related to the Christian Easter. On Easter we greet people "Happy Easter." I'm guessing you do the same during Passover so I'll say: "Happy Passover to you and your family."
Sky, We're going to my Uncle Ronnie's for our sedar (dinner) tonight. Lots of yummy food (not sure what's homemade, what's bought and what's leftover from last year's sedar ;)

Good stuff. Since I am rather ignorant, could you please tell me what foods are served for passover and which ones are delicious?

sounds good. Who is making all that? I mean the soup and the roast chicken and beef briskets? Daddy? or mommy? Or a great chef that they know? :)
